• When you register to become a member on one or more of our Forums, each forum collects certain information, including your name, email address, and other personally identifiable information. Your name and email address may or may not viewable by the public when you post messages, depending on the software used and the options selected.
• When you utilize our Email Privacy System, we collect your Name, IP Address and Host, Referer, Browser Version, Subject and Email message body. This information is archived securely on the site for one month and sent to the intended recipient. Once this message is sent, www.ezxdcc.com cannot guarantee the safety or privacy of this information as we cannot control the actions of the recipient.
• Individuals who have Email Addresses on any server controlled by www.ezxdcc.com must fill out a form that requests your Full Legal Name, Email Addresses, City, State, Birthday, and if the user agrees to our Terms of Service. This information is kept secure off of the server and is never viewable by the public.
• Individuals or Entities who have extended access or host their webpage(s) on our servers also must fill out a form that collects the same information as the users with Email Addresses on our site have to fill out (see item above).
• www.ezxdcc.com also automatically receives information about you and your usage on our server logs from your browser including your IP Address, any Cookie Data, Referer and what page you requested.
• www.ezxdcc.com uses this information for five general purposes: to anonymously track your visits to our sites, to prevent duplicate entries and/or abuse of certain services (such as a Guestbook or the Email Privacy System), to fulfill your requests for certain services, to prevent abuse of our sites and servers, and to contact people holding email accounts on our servers with important information about our sites.

Information collected on the Email Privacy System is stored for one month. Information the server automatically collects is stored for 3 months. Information in cookies are stored on your computer for 3 months or less.
• All information collected that isn't intended for public view is stored securely and is only viewable by authorized staff members.

Children's Privacy:

• www.ezxdcc.com wishes to protect children and their identity and privacy as much as possible. www.ezxdcc.com is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We go one step further and apply these rules to children under 16 (as opposed to under 13, as required by COPPA).
• On sites where personal information is publicly viewable (Guestbook, Profile Pages, Forums, etc), www.ezxdcc.com will not knowingly allow any personally identifying information (including Real Name, Age, Location, Email Address, and Personal Website) to be posted for public view without Parental Permission.
• When a minor applies for an Email Address or to host a website on our servers, minors under the age of 18 are required to have Parental Permission as personal information is collected and required.
• When using the Email Privacy System, we require a name (or nickname) and an email address in order to utilize this service. Since this is no different than sending an email and only requests basic information, this falls within the scope of COPPA.
• www.ezxdcc.com will not sell, rent or allow public viewing of any personally identifying information about a child; nor will we contact them other than administrative emails.
• Children and their Parents or Legal Guardians may request that personally identifying information be removed or modified by emailing the Webmaster. These requests are given priority and will be completed as soon as possible.

Informaton Sharing and Disclosure:
